Buyer and Pre-Listing Inspections
We will help you realize the full potential of your prospective home purchase. From top to bottom, we'll carefully investigate the home's construction, giving you the knowledge and confidence to negotiate the ideal terms for one of the biggest purchases you'll make in your life.Â
Along with buyer inspections we also can provide pre-listing inspections . One of the best advantages you can have when selling your home is having a complete understanding of the condition of your property in advanced of the listing process. This is an ideal way to avoid surprises and unexpected costly repairs that can put you at a disadvantage at the negotiating table.

Inspection Services
North Shore Home Inspections is your one stop shop for inspection services. We conduct standard home inspections, light commercial inspections, seller inspections, pool inspections, environmental inspections (air quality), mold, radon, water, wind damage mitigation, and more. We'll clearly communicate every discovery we make so that your time is never wasted. As a Veteran owned and operated business, we're committed to serving our clients with integrity and the dedication that has long defined the quality of our work.
At the end of the home inspection, we'll take all the information we've learned and begin compiling an itemized inspection report that will be available to you within 12-24hrs. As you read through your inspection findings, you'll be pleased to see that the information is clearly stated without relying on excessive technical terminology. We'll include high resolution pictures of the home as necessary in order to further clarify certain elements of the inspection.

Yes, I encourage you to be present at the time of inspection. However, understanding COVID safety, I am able to complete the inspection virtually where you can tag along remotely
Does a Home Inspection Pass or Fail?
A Home Inspection is a limited visual examination of function and safety of major systems and components (large and small). At the end of the Home Inspection the inspector will issue a report that describes  the physical condition of the property, and will indicate what may need repair or replacement. This information provided is to allow a potential buyer to make an informed decision about moving forward with the transaction. It's not about a pass or fail to any one particular course of action. For Sellers, similarly, any defects can be made available to either repair yourself or repaired by a qualified repair person. The bottom line is its always up to you to make the best choice.
